Job Description

Bayt.com is looking for a passionate and self-driven Country Sales Manager with a track record of success in managing B2B Sales, preferably SAAS Solutions.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Egyptian office, you will play an essential leadership role in leading and directing the sales team to meet and exceed sales in a way that results in the continued growth and equally important, customer success. The role involves strategic planning, selling, managing people, training, and improving existing processes.Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Egypt Sales team, including but not limited to hiring,?training,?supervising, developing,?assessing?and mentoring the team.
  • Provide direction and leadership to the Sales team?to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, and company objectives.
  • Continuously improve processes within sales; influence departmental and company process improvements.
  • Effectively manage the pipeline to ensure maximum success for generating revenue.
  • Generate forecasting and pipeline reports.
  • Inspire, empower, coach, and motivate the sales teams, enabling them to succeed with department objectives as well as personal growth initiatives.
  • Establish consistency and clarity in expectations to keep up motivation and accountability across the sales team.
  • Train new hires on the sales process, ensure expectations are clearly communicated.
  • Use?and manage?CRM systems extensively.
  • Work closely with marketing regarding the development and dissemination of marketing campaigns, lead generation, and general industry brand awareness; inclusive of analysis.
  • Set and monitor the team?s key performance indicators (KPIs).
