Responsibilities:- Work closely with the different team members producing content, based on community monitoring.- Issue reports reflecting performance and insights.- Develop a tailored user support strategy for the MENA market.- Develop, organize online and offline community events for players.- Cooperate with different stake holders to collect and react to players? feedback in a timely manner.Requirements:- 3+ year experience in the digital media industry, experience community management for SLG or Battle Royale games is preferred. Experience in editorial content is a plus.- Motivated and passionate about content creation and community management.- Strong communication skills and time management.- Strong knowledge of social media tools, platforms, and diverse content solutions.- Native in Arabic language, with good command of English as a written and spoken language. French is a plus.- Flexibility to travel for business purposes.
