Your work will have a direct impact on billions of people around the world ? helping unlock financial access to enable the future of money movement.Join Visa: A Network Working for Everyone. and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities* Oversee the health of the sales pipeline in CRM, train and support sales team on pipeline best practices and support country managers in pipeline review with Group Country Manager (GCM).* Track budget spending on a country and functional level and track ROI for the different initiatives.* Lead customer experience survey in NALP including result analysis, action plan creation and follow up.* Review and analyse Visa performance and market share in key markets and identify action plan accordingly.* Support Country managers in account plans review.* Lead on customer segmentation.* Support on preparing, hosting and delivering client events, internal townhalls and other events.* Participate actively in shaping and driving the NALP business agenda, including financials, clients, people, controls environment and change management. * Work with minimal direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment.* Support the BPO Senior Director in business planning, strategy development and tracking and in achieving agreed business goals.Key Competencies* Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and financial acumen required to be a trusted advisor to NALP Leadership team* Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate, verbally and in writing, compelling messages to senior managers and other stakeholders* Self-confident and hands-on, with the ability to operate in a fast paced and constantly changing work environment* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build credibility & trust with various NALP functions and Country teams, in order to work in a matrix organization. * Excellent collaborator with ability to influence without authority, and rally corporate resources and functional experts to drive business objectives* Project management skills and strong execution capability to deliver against tight deadlines* Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity* Ability to quickly assess an opportunity, using industry experience and fact-based analyses * Ability to learn quickly, deal with complexity and lead changeQualifications? Bachelor?s degree with 5+ years of professional strong business experience in areas such as: ? Digital payments ? Core Operations within Retail Banking ? Management Consulting ? Corporate Strategy ? Experience in and/or significant exposure to the financial services/payments industry preferred ? Experience in handling projects with multiple work streams, and coordinating complex cross-enterprise processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels ? Fluent English is a must have (both oral & written) This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
