Overlooking the Mediterranean, the Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel, Beirut is situated along the famous boardwalk, Corniche a few minutes from the citys business and banking district, and the ever lively and entertaining city center. The Phoenicia Intercontinental with 446 rooms and suites and 33 apartments, along with 5 F&B outlets, and one of the largest banquet facilities in Lebanon.As an Operator , You will be responsible for : ?Ensuring that all incoming calls are answered in a timely manner?Receiving guest messages and delivering the same to the guest ? Logging all wake-up call requests and performing wake-up call services? Ensuring complete guest satisfactionIdeally, you will have some or all of the following competencies and experience we are looking for: ? 1- 2 years experience preferably in an office environment? Customer Service Orientation? Solid spoken and written English communication skills
