Job Description

  • Supervise and monitor credit of clients within the portfolio and decrease the overdue in accordance with the approved payment term and credit limit
  • Place collection requests and allocate payments in coordination with Collection and Accounting teams respectively
  • Monitor the allocation of entries transactions and reconcile client balances with books
  • Manage customer relations: communication, follow-ups, price monitoring, payment term agreement and problem solving
  • Build sustainable partnerships with existing clients
  • Prepare and submit reports including: Aging Feedback and Action Plan, Client Risk Rate Categorization, Frequency Feedback report, Credit Limit Analysis report
