Traceability OfficerJob Location : BahrainResponsibilities:? In charge of all stock movement from ordering, receiving, and releasing to the respective department? Trace documentation, prepare, maintain, and keep records based on all product movements in relation to batch code, label transfers, and finish product lot identification labeling? Serves as the focal person between the chef?s operation management and purchasing.? He/she shall act as the centralized ordering channel (COC) in the bakery? Ensures all stocks needed are available when it is needed? Assist in providing documentary requirements to operations, food safety, and customers in the event of a recall? Update the operation and the food safety services office (FFSO) in the event of any non ? compliance to the traceability program? Must be able to do internal traceability with the aid of the documentation he/she produces.? Other related tasks may be delegated by the operations manager, executive chef, and food safety department head.Requirements :?
