Project LeaderJob Location : BahrainRequirements :? Degree Holder? With at least 5 years? experience in the field.? Proficient in project management processes and procedures.? Strong Computer working capabilities in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).? Good communication skills.? Overall responsibility for the successful planning & execution of the project.? Coordinate with client/ client representative, subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.? Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors.? Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.? Project Leader has to make full effort to optimize the resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish of the project.? Coordinate & reporting to Project Manager and provide him the regular updates regarding the project.? Applicant must already be in bahrain and must have can join immediately
