  • Personal Assistant to Business Director/CEO
  • Creating and following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Planning and preparing presentations / Providing management with feedback
  • Making Sales and Marketing Calls
  • Creating and following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Actively making Sales and Marketing Calls for future business prospects
Executive/HR/ADMIN - Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in providing all supporting documents, information and other reports as assigned by Director/CEO
  • LMRA/Govt Issues
  • Assistance to the Office Staff
  • Perform all task assigned by the Director/CEO
  • Attending internal meetings and keeping/preparing minutes.
  • Handling outgoing and incoming correspondences through email letters etc.
  • Typing/preparing letters/correspondences.
  • Assisting/performing task given by Project managers, Engineers etc.

  • Sales Revenue + Business Targets
  • Number of deals closed with SME organizations/associations
