Job Description

  1. Screen, evaluate and analyze inbound deal-flow and organize opportunities in pipeline.
  2. Conduct in-depth due diligence across commercial, financial and other dimensions.
  3. Prepare investment memorandums for presentation to the Start-up and Investment Committees.
  4. Work closely with the Start-up Committee and relevant team members on each deal team through final execution.
