Job Description

Employment: Full Time Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost.Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties. Salary: BHD 250 to 350 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must be in Bahrain currently. Position is based in Adliya.Female candidates should apply. Any nationality is preferred.Candidate must be from same background.Degree in AccountsA minimum of 3 years experience in catering or food services and F&B cost control and menu management working in catering or food services organizationStrong analytical and financial skillsExcellent Excel skills
