Proactively welcoming and greeting all guests and visitors to the F&B Outlet
Seat guests offering them menus and drinks providing explanations of the menu and recommend wine as appropriate
Address special guest preferences recorded in guest history profiles
Handle guests? complaints in a highly professional manner
Ensure all equipment, crockery, cutlery, and the glassware is cleaned regularly and to a high standard.?
Take or deliver guest food orders
Clear and sets-up tables, chairs, linens, glass, and silver for service
Anticipate guest needs in order to provide an exceptional and unique guest experience in line with the Legendary Quality Experience, Pillars, and MOQA standards
Maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to all the colleagues
Attend daily communication meeting
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Restaurant Manager
Adhere to Safe&Sound procedures regarding Health & Safety and HACCP standards
