Job Description

About the Job As a Sr. DevOps Engineer at Aspire, you will work with the developers and the IT staff to oversee the code releases, combining an understanding of both engineering and coding. From creating and implementing systems software to analyzing data to improve existing ones, a DevOps Engineer increases productivity in the workplace.What Youll Do

  • Identify the technology services to focus upon based on market trends
  • Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure using DevOps best practices
  • Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
  • Contribute that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
  • Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ?fixes?
  • Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
  • Evaluate, review and recommend processes, tools and technologies optimizations
What Youll Need
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience working with DevOps practices & technologies
  • Hands-on cloud experience in Microsoft Azure is a must
  • Deep knowledge in DevOps, security, networking and cloud-based delivery models
  • Familiar with tools like Chef, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes or similar
  • Solid experience in deploying, securing, backing up and maintaining large scale enterprise solutions
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
  • Extensive experience in working in an agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban or similar)
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and simply
