Job Description

A Sales Supervisor must lead a high-performance teams in both Jordan and Kuwait markets, which he/she needs to inspire, encourage and develop so the team can put up best of their skills and contribute to the best resultsas a team, and need to be a result-oriented leader who can anticipate potential in the team and territory, and translate these opportunities to clear SMART objectives and align with all team members and supportive functions to achieve these goals.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Developing strategies to improve sales performance through ongoing coaching and support visits with Team Leaders.
  • Drawing up and implementing/monitoring plans and budgets, which match Kepler Strategy which position Kepler as a leader in the pharmaceutical field.
  • Plan work schedules, weekly and monthly timetables for him/her-self and the team leaders which should match Kepler qualitative & quantitative objectives.
  • Collaborating with other departments to match resources with commercial objectives, by asking for the right support and provide an accurate feedback about the market.
  • Providing regular feedback to each member of his/her reporters regarding their performance and guide them to be align with all functions to achieve the targeted objectives.
  • Identifying market opportunities and threats and taking appropriate action to overcome any obstacles the company might face.
  • Building a strong collaboration with main KOLs, government officials, tender purchaser, and main market purchaser, and make sure that Kepler strategy is clear for those stakeholders, and the company image always perceived positively.
  • Conducting Round Table meetings with main stakeholders to discuss business collaboration and Support.
  • Ensuring that team members have the tools they need to succeed and make sure that they are using these tools efficiently and effectively, that?s including Tablet?s, Kepler reporting software, HR resources, etc?
  • Maintaining detailed records and filling the required reports and documentation.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with her/his colleagues, her/his team, and customers.
  • Reach, and exceed, annual sales targets with positive, supporting, and teamwork attitude.
  • Issuing reports and analyses, including recommendations to the relevant stakeholder.
  • Analyze sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated.
