Description We are looking for a motivated Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring RAN network performance through participating in tests; identifying related issues, reporting them and taking necessary actions to resolve them accordingly, in addition to the participation in configuration activities to ensure optimal utilization of resources, satisfy business needs and maintain network performance levels.Main responsibilities will include:? Conducting Radio Frequency (RF) drive tests; collecting data and statistics and analyzing them subsequently; in order to evaluate network?s performance and detect faults/ issues/ service degradation.? Contributing in monitoring RAN Key Performance Indicators and analyzing network performance related parameters, data and statistics, to identify any deviation from targets, and subsequently reporting it to take further actions.? Handling customer complaints regarding RAN stations issues, such as low coverage, Quality of Services?etc., carrying-out troubleshooting activities, and subsequently installing required solutions such as IBS or taking necessary actions to solve them appropriately; ensuring customer satisfaction, while preparing comprehensive reports accordingly.? Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.What Do You Need to Qualify Our ideal candidate:? Holds a bachelor?s degree in Electrical/Communication Engineering or a related field.? Has 0-2 years of experience.
