Job Description

ResponsibilitiesAs a production manager, youll oversee the production process including but not limited to planning, printing, cutting ,palletizing and gluing, coordinating all production activities and operations. Youll need to:

  • plan and draw up a production schedule
  • Prepare Job order with Prepress department and approve technical details.
  • decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
  • Select equipment and take responsibility for coordinating the maintenance activities with the maintenance department
  • monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
  • monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs
  • liaise with different departments, and teams
  • ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
  • ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met
  • work with managers to implement the companys policies and goals
  • collate and analyses data, putting together production reports for management
  • supervise and motivate a team of workers
  • review worker performance and identify training needs.
  • Ensure achieve the production KPI?s set be management.
  • Prepare all the needed production reports requested by management
