As a Product Designer, your job will not only revolve around designing interfaces but also around understanding the users and their problems so you can deliver delightful user experiences. You will work alongside the product team to achieve common goals.?More specifically you will:?- Understand business requirements.- Create concept layouts and user experience mock-ups.- Create interaction/navigation/usability proposals.- Design efficient solutions for e-commerce flows.- Build modular and performance-aware layouts for web and mobile applications.- Communicate with UI developers to manage the process and the details of finishing the implementation.- Interact with different teams and product owners to manage opinions and feedback.- Build on feedback and criticism to achieve human-centered, easy-to-use designs.?- Participate in building and conducting UX Studies.What we are looking for in the candidate?- Experience working with Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD with an emphasis on prototyping.?- 3-5 years of Product/UI/UX Design experience with a minimum of 1 year working with a product company.- An outstanding portfolio showing your thought process and understanding of user experiences.?- Previous track record of delivering delightful user experiences.?- Skills to communicate without problem with all stakeholders.?- A can-do mindset with a focus on growth and learning.?
