Job Description

A Pharmaceutical Marketing Specialist job is to plan, develop, and oversee all Kepler marketing activities in a rapidly changing industry, focusing on the existing brands to support their marketing position in the targeted market. The marketing specialist should be aware of the brand development strategy, SWOT analysis technique, and analyzing trends to help define the organizations marketing strategy. Candidates should have a strong medical knowledge to support the teams in implementing the right products and brands promotion.Responsibilities and Duties

  • The pharmaceutical marketing Specialist is responsible for the marketing activities of a pharmaceutical organization in the constantly changing industry trends.
  • Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, competitors? activities, and trends.
  • Responsible for the product introduction and the management of the product life cycle and assisting the sales team with detail aid handling and understanding.
  • Designs, develops, implements, and analyzes the various marketing strategies and media used to market and promote the new products.
  • Overseeing the implementation of the marketing strategy, working with cross-functional units to make sure that the implementation is aligned with the Kepler strategy.
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.).
  • Support the Sales medical team with marketing training, medical knowledge, and how to use the marketing tools effectively.
