Review plans and specifications according to the plan
Prepare plans, details, specified and heating, ventilating air conditioning, and general piping system.
Analyze mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering design problems and formulate solutions.
Where required prepare technical clarifications to the tendered design to suit specific on-site construction.
Attend project, site progress, and any mechanical services related to technical meetings as directed by the project manager.
Prepare and deliver effective oral presentations whenever required.
Well organized and excellent business writing.
Coordination and administration of related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals.
Sketch and draw up designs using input from engineers and architects on the team
Calculate factors like tolerance, dimensions, and thermal and structural analysis
Create designs in line with company procedure, regulations and client standards
Submit drawings to upper management and construction teams
