Job Description

JORDAN YOUTH INNOVATION FORUM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our team in advancing our mission of fostering youth active participation through economic empowerment and social engagement. The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the organization, as well as the fundraising, financial, and programmatic aspects of the organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management experience in the nonprofit sector, as well as a passion for [insert mission here]. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
