Job Summary:The Restaurant Supervisor (Arabic Native Speaker) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standard. They will be the go-to person for any customer complaints and will also be responsible for ensuring that all employees follow company policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage restaurant staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and performing their duties to the required standard.Plan and organize daily tasks, such as staff schedules, inventory management, and ordering supplies.Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all necessary supplies are available for use.Interact with customers, handle complaints, and ensure that their needs are met.Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.Ensure that all food preparation and service is done in compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.Manage the restaurant?s budget and report financial results to upper management.Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, to ensure that the restaurant?s operations align with the overall business strategy.Requirements:Must be a fluent Arabic speaker and have a good command of English.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Good organizational and planning skills.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills.Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.Proficient in using computer software for restaurant management.Working Conditions:The Restaurant Supervisor (Arabic Native Speaker) will be required to work in a restaurant environment, which may involve standing for long periods and working evenings, weekends, and holidays. They may also need to work in a noisy and busy environment.
