Job Summary :Supervise merchandising activities of the assigned store in order to meet revenue growth objectives and customer acquisition targets.Responsibilities :??1. Oversee the store operations and ensure that the Lexus Standards are maintained at all times.2. Demonstrate the product features to potential customers through in person demonstrations, using interactive materials such as videos, charts, or slideshows etc.... in order to generate interests and qualifying sales prospects.3. Ensure availability of product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to all walk in customers in order to source new sales opportunities.4.?Ensure timely response to product related queries of potential customer/s and attend to and resolve customer complaints.5. Oversee the execution of Store/Mall special events in order to increase customer database and product sales.?6. Monitor stock levels and customer transactions.7. Review reports that outline customers interest levels, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), number of products/samples/literature sold and/or distributed at various events and submit to Management with recommendations.8. Ensure meeting every prospect in order to acquire customers and maximize NPS.9. Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner.10. Ensure that the prospective customer database is maintained.?11. Document and report customers feedback to management.
