Job Description

Job Summary/Purpose:Maintain and manage lease documents in compliance with Rent A Car policy & procedures. Maximize revenue through complete and accurate recording of rental income and other charges.?Responsibilities:??

  1. Ensure all documents for delivered vehicles are received and in compliance to RAC policy & procedures (contracts, delivery notes, deposits receipts, bank guarantee, credit approval & other necessary documents)
  2. Ensure proper maintenance & updating of lease customer files and attaching of the customer documents in SAP Business Partners (delivery notes, bank guarantee, credit approval requests, contracts, copy of Civil ID & Driving License, undertakings)
  3. Ensure timely, accurate & complete invoicing of lease vehicles
  4. Review and confirm customers request for credit notes
  5. Ensure timely, accurate & complete invoicing of other charges (damages, extra KM & early termination charges)
  6. Timely complete submission of invoices, credit notes and debit notes to the Group Credit Department
  7. Provide user details (drivers) for updating MOI Traffic Portal on a daily basis for new vehicle deliveries, replacements and user changes.?
  8. Ensure complete and timely response from customers on MOI traffic fines.?
  9. Timely dispute resolution with customers on the rental charges and other charges?
  10. Prepare documentation required for transferring defaulting customers to Legal.
  11. Enforce and ensure full compliance to Rent A Car Policies.
