Having full operating skills for the specified production lines (SIDEL / KRONES / TETRA PAK)
Receiving the raw material and feed it into the machine.
Get the accurate and right parameters setting for the machine.
Making all the basic alignments, set-up, and adjustments for all machine parts.
Execute the changeover of the machine (If applicable).
Execute all greasing and lubricating process for the machine.
Minimizing the production waste.
Fully comply with Health & Safety / Food Safety requirements.
Keep the production Log / Report updated with all machine activities and counters.
Report any violation related to production immediately to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
Achieve the production targets.
Participate in the maintenance activities (Preventive Maintenance, Annual Overhauls & Breakdowns).
Investigate breakdowns and prepare relevant reports.
Deliver technical and operation training to 2 other operators at least on the assigned machine in order to cover him during his absence.
