Job Description

We are seeking potential candidates for the Sales Manager position, for the retail section in the ceramics, tiles, and sanitary ware products, who will be responsible for driving retail sales, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of dedicated sales professionals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass retail sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed their individual and team goals.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with retail clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities to expand our presence in the retail sector.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute retail-focused promotional campaigns.
  • Provide product training and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills of the sales team.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimize sales operations.
