Monitor performances of digital marketing vendors
Review the site for any major issues related to user experience
Review the mobile apps for any inconsistencies
Place test orders whenever required
Have banners created as required, as per a set schedule
Review content in English and Arabic as required
Analyze the visitors, customers and orders for the day
Read and review the dashboard data
Review the merchandising status (OOS)
Analyze market needs on merchandise
Load products if required
Expand the catalog
On site merchandising campaigns
Offers and coupons creation

Conceptualize campaigns

Analyze revenue from SEM

Overlook the responses and communication in social media

Monitor sales from contact center and optimize it
Encourage, expand and optimize the partner network

Monitor and optimize sales from partners
Expand sales from external marketplaces linkages
Conceptualize and implement campaigns on SMS, Email, WhatsApp and other channels
