Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records as per the sales orders, monthly reports, and any other documents as per requirement.
Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, writing & printing all companies? letters, etc.
Coordinate effectively with the Sales Team in helping to create the necessary Sales Orders as per the POs received from the Sales Team for the clients.
Coordinate with the accounts department for invoices.
Make sure of the availability of stock of POSM to ensure continuous process of co-packing. Deal with production companies to print required POSM internally. Follow up with warehouse for the co-packing process.
Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding any marketing activities will be launch in the market.
