Job Description

Job Summary: Support the development of the Human Resources and Administration function and provides an efficient services delivery that is aligned with the departmental and corporate strategy. Responsible for the day to day HR and Administration activities and ensures the compliance with the company policies, government and labor laws.Responsibilities:?Human Resources:

  • Support and coordinate the recruitment and selection process and hiring needs.
  • Provide recommendations related to HR best practices and ensures a timely organized and comprehensive procedure in hiring.
  • Update and revise the current job descriptions, prepare job descriptions where required and make sure that the job descriptions are available for all positions.
  • Coordinate and manage the On ?Boarding process for all new team members as per the company standards.
  • Oversee and support the performance management process.
  • Manage the full process related to time and attendance and employee leaves in coordination with department managers.
  • Prepare the monthly reports related to headcount, overtime, time and attendance, employee performance etc. Address any related issues and provide recommendations to support the decision making process.
  • Manage the error-free monthly payroll process and ensure all tasks and issues related to payroll are completed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Supervise all activities related to employee benefits including leave, air tickets, housing, insurance, etc.
  • Coordinate all HRMS activities and workflow approvals. Investigate and resolve HRMS issues in coordination with the IT support team.
  • Respond to employees? requests, suggestions and queries in a timely and professional manner, address their complaints, recommend solutions and make sure they have been handled properly.
  • Support the General Manager and Department Managers in all activities and decisions related to employee management and advancement including training, promotions, performance issues, final settlements, etc.
  • Maintain an up to date database and file management of all employees.
  • Ensure employees acts in accordance with company policies and demonstrate our core values and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Manage the exit procedures and conduct exit interviews, provide constructive feedback and recommendations based on the results and implement the agreed corrective measures.
  • Provide administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials related to various employee issues.
  • Assist with any special HR projects and performs any HR related tasks when required.
Administration:
  • Support the PRO team in all documentation and licensing activities including government licenses, municipality agreements, visa applications, labor cards, IDs, etc. and ensure the compliance with government laws, company policies and labor laws.
  • Oversee all activities related to health and safety guidelines, audits, and employee training.
  • Supervise all activities and team members related to facilities.
  • Manage all vendor relationships related to facilities and HR.
  • Manage administrative services including activities in finance and IT, namely delegating work tasks, facilities, team members? services, discipline and conflict.
