??Manage technology operations covering internal Technical Support and Application Support for our Kuwait and Oman operations?Work closely with the business teams and other stakeholders to prioritize, define and execute projects?Manage a team of Business Analysts, Technical Architects, Developers, QA and IT-Operations located across India, Kuwait, Egypt, etc.?Manage a portfolio of technology projects to meet cost, scope, and schedule constraints?Develop key performance indicators and SLAs in lieu of requirement of stakeholders?Develop policies for internal IT operations to drive attainment of SLAs?Define the enterprise architecture in conjunction with current and future requirements?Manage and support delivery of software and hardware operations and projects?Enable process efficiency of IT operations?Drive innovation for front office or core business operations by recommending viable technologies?Identify key skills and talent gaps in the organization and work to recruit, train, and retain talent?Identify and manage external vendors in the delivery of contracted work?Provide leadership in technology portfolio for enablement and innovation and stay on top of technology trends and developments.?Identify and work with Specialist Vendors for Special services including but not limited to Security monitoring and solutions, AML Solutions, Network Management, OTP management, and others.?Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.Educational QualificationsEducation Degree: BachelorMajor: Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science or related fieldExperienceYears of Experience: 15 - 20??YearsField of Experience: Experience in Managerial and Technological Role
