Oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the center, including daily operational and cleaning walk rounds
Ensure the center and all gym equipment is always well maintained, clean, safe and complaint with brand standards
Manage employee rotation ensuring adequate cover is always in place
Support with project management elements of the center
Responsible for the completion of some administrative tasks and reports
Maintain financial records and other records required by law
Ensure center compliance with health and safety legislation
Observe and conduct calls and appointments at the center.
Update and provide last updates in producing in fitness competitors sharing all updates with the direct manager.
Manage expenses of the centre materials especially the cleaning chemicals, sanitizers, etc and other expenses for the club and accredit a monthly expense budget.
Do a weekly inventory and correct all-consuming materials, receipts and expenses.
In case in need of closing an area of the club, ensure that by informing the manager and making sure not to cause any confusion to the members and to ensure the reopening the center on time.
Contact and prepare a report in case there is a shortage in cash or late in trust to the manager and finance.
Manager of the center is the one to be contacted regarding all employees? problems and sharing them with the region manger, conduct checks and send reports upon requests.
Conduct and observe probations evaluate employees.
Ensure that the applications are up and running and guarantee all new joining / renewing requests by the members.
