Co-ordinate with country fleet sales teams to collect all required data to respond to customer or prospects requests for tender
Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate internal approvals are in place and that customer receives all required documentation as part of the tender process
Produce draft tender documents in co-ordination with bid-desk team members
Update key tender tracker tools on a regular basis and prepare management reports including conclusions and recommendations
Act on a list of prioritized prospects developed both autonomously and with marketing support in agreement with the Fleet Sales Leader
