Roles & responsibilities:Oversee coordination and delivery of eCommerce assets, including planning for all product copy and images, production specs, upload and go live, merchandising, marketing initiatives and budgetCreate, manage & produce social media and digital marketing strategies and content execution including: content calendar, collaborative contests/giveaways, retail marketing, e-mail marketingPlanning and implementation of online communication across all platforms tying into larger brand calendarCreate concepts & graphics for digital & print marketing materialsSeek out & engage in new digital platforms for marketing, advertising and partnership programs and maintain existing ones.Responsible for monthly sales goals for e-commerceWork closely with the buyer to determine product assortment, re-orders and achieve sell-thru goals and targetsProvide weekly, monthly and annual sales and analytics reports. Implement change based on the site performance to maximize traffic and conversion ratesLead development of creative assets such as promotions, product launches, landing pages, digital content and web templatesManage the creation and delivery of the email newsletterMaintain website updatesKey contact for the digital agencySole communicator with warehouse for web inventory management, replenishment monitoring, service issues and needs regarding the commerce site and any integrations needed by outside partiesResponsible for all sample coordination between departments for eComm shoots
