To perform Project Cost budget, monitoring and forecasting & preparation of cost status report and perform monitoring activities.?????????Responsible for supporting the cost group in any area of the project as required, which includes direct and indirect construction/services subcontracts.?????????Responsible to support tracking, establishing and maintaining cost tools.?????????Responsible for assisting with trend development, and budgets and forecasted cost updated in the project controls systems.?????????Responsible to support claims analysis and provides recommendations.?????????Reports to Project Manager and PMO management , Duties include cost support including monitoring and tracking work executed weekly and monthly against actual job hours and expenditures, spent versus planned job hours and cost, assist with the preparation of weekly/monthly cost reports, and support reviews of subcontractor proposals. Attend assigned weekly subcontractor status and review meetings.???Review Client & Subcontractor work done and invoices ???Review Projects Budget & Invoices and gives his recommendation.????????Mechanical Engineering Degree..Min. Experience 6+ Years in similar field. ????????Strong cost experience in field office and/or Home Office capacity for a major Construction firm is preferred.????????Experience in cost management, performing, reviewing cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, budgeting, and cost analysis, in the field and the home office is preferred.????????Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes.
