Job Description

As an Accountant, you will be responsible to verify and accurately present in a timely manner accounts and financial data to relevant superiors in order to efficiently facilitate the financial management of the Company.is as follows:

  • Analyse of petty cash and entering in system
  • Checking all maintenance contracts in system
  • Making all payments for customers and interviewing all customers coming for payment
  • Checking all purchase order issued by inventory (dispatch request)
  • Reconciliation for all customers (Receivables)
  • Check and records collections in the system
  • Reconciliation for all Bank accounts
  • Reconciliation for all contractors and Suppliers
  • Make payments for all contractors and check for all work done
  • Perform any other financial tasks as required.
