Job Description

  • Preparing daily General Entries working on different ERP systems.
  • Responsible for all Banking and Cash & Bank Reconciliation process.
  • Responsible for making Balance Confirmation with Related Parties and Clients.
  • ?Reconcile all payments, petty cash, and record revenue recognition.
  • Responsible for Issuing all Debit & credit Notes.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Strong Knowledge of taxes laws of Saudi Arabia (VAT & Zakat)
  • Reconcile accounts payable, receivable, Prepaid Expenses, and accounts of Trial Balance
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Strong verbal & written English and Arabic.
