General Summary:Plan, coordinate and lead the operation and maintenance for all the mechanical utilities of HVAC equipment?s.Typical Work Activities:

Supervise the execution of maintenance plans concerning periodic, preventive and corrective activities.
Provide the spare parts and tools to execute the corrective and preventive maintenance and the safety equipment as well.
Responsible to perform routine maintenance inspections of equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner, thus preventing breakdowns.
Participate in assessing contractors work through conducting inspections on heating, ventilation and air-conditioning units and comparing them to approved designs, as well as ensure their installation according to set specifications.
Ensure required air quality is available for continuous production.
Participate in assessing contractors work and assuring compliance to plans and specifications.
Continuous review of spare parts availability and update spare parts list of new equipment?s.
?Perform regular corrective and preventive maintenance on HVAC units and equipment.
Repair or replacing worn out HVAC parts and equipment.
