-The first point of contact, respond to inquiries via telephone or email.-Draft employee contracts in Arabic and English.-Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.-Provide direct administrative support to departments and senior leaders, including email correspondence, and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes.-Review and update employee?s documents and information on HIRS (e.g., legal and personal documents, contract and various requests)-Distribute project-related copies to internal teams-Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.-Issue/Renew the residencies of employees.-Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.-Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed-To Comply to any other assignment given by the Direct Manager.
