Job Description

Analyze technology and client needs, develop new technology and realize innovative projects. Depending on DAW:Drafting: Create definitions of parts, modules, and assemblies in the form of 2D cross sections, 3D models, tolerance stack-ups, and various electronic data formats to support analysis, manufacturing, assembly, tooling, and inspection -typically does not require Engineering degree add non-Engineers language hereTechnical Writing: Documents and translates product technical information into easily comprehensible language. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality documentation and contribute to larger teams on projects as neededTesting Responsible for execution of laboratory and field validation testing, inspection and data acquisition for use in the design and validation of products and services. Responsible for design and construction of test facilities, instrumentation systems and the development of test softwareTesting Specialist: Operates the BETA test facility. Responsible for running the Top Drive and other state of the art drilling equipment at the site. Handles all drilling including tripping in and out of the hole.Testing Specialist: Responsible for execution of laboratory and field validation testing, inspection and data acquisition for use in the design and validation of products and services typically does not require Engineering degree.Baker Hughes: Operates the BETA test facility.
