Currently offering career opportunities in Abu Dhabi we are seeking below position. Technical Sales Engineer For Water Treatment Chemical.What you will do:Support Application and Sales personnel in their role to increase sales through professional communication with existing and new clientsCoordinate with Inside Sales to prepare responses to RFP (Request For Proposals); Work with the laboratory chemists to ensure Work order project requirements are met.Maintains and improve knowledge of water treatment techniques related hospitality business (Hotels) with respect to boilers, pre-heaters, heat exchangers, chillers, swimming pools, chemical requirements, and all related categorization.Understand product line and how each chemical is selected and applied, chemical dosing, RO systems, desalination, distillation. (RO).Understand product line and how each chemical is selected and applied, Cooling Towers, Chillers Evaporative Condensers, Boilers, heating circuits, Greywater, MBBR, Blackwater, Industrial Waste, Cleaning, and disinfection techniques/chemicals & Industrial filtration units.Prepare Technical presentations and has the knowledge for Effluent TreatmentSewage TreatmentTreated Sewage EffluentGrey Water TreatmentStorm WaterVehicle WashPre-TreatmentClarificationFiltrationSoftenerReverse OsmosisDosing SystemsWater Treatment ChemicalsSpecial Application ScreeningOdor Control SystemsPrepare technical presentations that explain the products and services of the company to customers or prospective clients.Interact with procurement/logistics to assist in material requisition/delivery as per scheduled.Proficiently apply company products and processes to best serve the needs of our customers and comply with Corporate, Professional, and Industry standards.Review and comprehend the customers specific technical requirements primarily communicated through design plans and specifications.Review diagrams, provide proposals, cost estimates and specification review support for product offerings including Sludge Dewatering, Mixers, and Aerators, Odour Control Units, dosing pumps, and related equipment.Interface with Manager, Project/sales Engineer as required to better understanding and account managing for project execution strategies, schedules, and costs in the development of tasks/tender available.Support the bid/tender process ensuring all milestone dates are met, all documentation is prepared and stored in accordance with Company standard procedures.Prepare and administer quote/tender package consisting of bid forms, technical proposals, drawings, cost estimates pricing, production, and delivery schedules, and additional information as required in accordance with existing company standard procedures and policies.Develop sales handover documentation packages that outline all required information and correspondence relevant to executing the project orders.Engage in project kick-off meetings to ensure smooth handoffs to project execution teams.Provide technical specifications and collateral to customers and consulting engineers to favorably position our products in bids.Interact with 3rd party channel partners, consulting engineers, contractors, end-users, and members of our team on a daily basis through verbal and written communication.Drive a culture that is highly responsive to both internal and external customers and which provides accurate, comprehensive, and timely information.Personally and through company organized training and seminars maintain product and application knowledge in assigned Treatment technology while developing general depth in our product portfolio to identify cross-branded opportunities.Use continuous improvement methods to further develop sales department processes to improve efficiency and improve customer response time.Get involved in after-sales activity including project coordination, Installation and Commissioning and routine maintenance activities.Discuss costing with estimation team, submit quotes and pricing in lieu of the received customer inquiries on time.Identify new products/services that may be of value to add to the company product range based on the feedback from customers and competitors.Provide market and customer feedback to the Business Development Manager.Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Experience and Qualifications required:Bsc. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent degreeExperience in Water treatment and chemicals sales for hospitality business, preferably hotels, resorts, and hospitalsIntimate in chemicals for Swimming Pools, Saunas, JacuzziMaintains and improve knowledge of water treatment techniques related hospitality business (Hotels) with respect to boilers, pre-heaters, heat exchangers, chillers, swimming pools, chemical requirements, and all related categorization.Understand product line and how each chemical is selected and applied, Cooling Towers, Chillers Evaporative Condensers, Boilers, heating circuits, Greywater, MBBR, Blackwater, Industrial Waste, Cleaning, and disinfection techniques/chemicals & Industrial filtration units.Must have UAE Driving license
