Responsibilities:-Welcome all customers ensuring a positive experience-Build and foster genuine long-term relationships with our customers-Process customer repairs with strong attention to detail and effective communication-Assist/Support the resolution of any customer issues or complaints-Actively contribute to the CRM system and meet CRM signup targets-Create positive experiences for customers in store showcasing the brands merchandise and drivingconversion resulting in sales-Drive sales through a variety of measures including average sale, multi-sale rate and category contribution-Achieve personal sales targets and personal sales statistic targets-Passion for sales and outstanding customer service-Clientele building, driving client repurchase rates and cross selling-Offering after-sales service to build potential and current customer relationship-Become an expert on all products and services-Competently learn each ?season? merchandise, the ?collection? and ?pricing? to advise and educatecustomers and team members accurately-Familiar with product functionality to be able to educate and demonstrate to customers-Communicate honestly and professionally with internal and external parties at all times-Actively promote and maintain harmonious working relationships with all team members-Attend training sessions/meetings organized by head office-Ensure to present the product in-line with our VM Guidelines-Continuously follow product presentation standards are always maintained-Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met both on and off the sales floor-Consistently seek process improvements and implement best market practice
