Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:ÿ

  • To assist the purchasing Officer by filing LPO (local purchase Orders) in the QuickBooks System,
  • To follow suppliers and be able to find new sources if needed
  • Getting internal management validation before sending LPO to Suppliers
  • To follow Governance & group travel policy
  • To get green signal from Compliance department when necessary
  • To provide Monthly Dashboard by extracting data from QB system
  • To replace the Purchasing Officer during his absence or annual leaves
  • To provide Co2 emission per user
  • To ensure the follow up of Annual ticket purchased for Expatriates & To regularly update the allowance table for Annual tickets to HR Department
