Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities. Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities. Act as a central point of communication for core team members, management, business partners and other projects stakeholders Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Managing delivery of the project according to the plan Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
