Job Role: Labor Camp Leasing OfficerArabic speaking/MaleCandidate should be located in UAEJob Types: Full-time, Permanent??We are looking for a capable Leasing Officer to present and lease the Labor Camp to prospective lessors.?Goal:The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.??-????????Carrying out the day-to-day functions of Sales & Leasing independently.-????????Visiting sites with prospective clients.-????????Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental.-????????Liaising with Marketing and sales to seek potential clients.-????????Daily, weekly and montly reporting to higher management on leasing updates.-????????Candidates should have experience and knowledge about UAE local market and should be familiar with all places in UAE Experience in labor camp sales and related fields.-????????Strong communication skills.-????????Excellent organizational skills?Responsibilities:?-????????Present labor camp properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.-????????Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market.-????????Liaise with Marketing department to promote available spaces.-????????Stays knowledgeable of the labor camps market status.-????????Provide information on all aspects of properties-????????Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals.Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
