? Evaluating tender ITB, documents, drawings, Specification and Project schedules? Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers /Subcontractors.? Having good knowledge in Electrical Equipment like MV/LV Switchgear, Transformer, Generators, Cables, Light Fittings, Earthing & Lightning Protection.? Having good knowledge in ELV System like Fire Alarm system, CCTV system, Access control system, Public Address system, IT Data, Lighting Control system.? Preparation of Cost sheet like Direct cost, indirect cost, temporary facilities. ? Preparation of cost comparison between supplier and subcontractors. ? Preparation of Technical and commercial proposal as per Client requirement.? Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.? Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.? Preparation and Verify the Material Take off.? Preparation of Project schedule in Primavera (additional)? Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires.? Having good knowledge in oil gas field.? Having good knowledge standard and specifications in oil gas field.
