Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Facility Management company in UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Director who will be responsible for driving?the business development and estimation team to achieve the goals of the company and meet the expectations sought in the market.- Building solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.- Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting strategies to expand market research.- Assessing marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed.- Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals.- Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers needs.- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.Requirements- Bachelor / Masters Degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance or an Engineering discipline.- Minimum required level of previous experience of 10 years working in successful Bid Management position within the Middle East property/ facility service sector.- Excellent experience in estimating, selling, projects implementation or an equivalent combination of experience and education.- Must have the ability to multi-task and produce the desired results in a deadline driven environment.- Experience in working with Sales and CRM related software such as Salesforce & SAP- Strong Project and Bid Management skills.- Strong command of people management, leadership, facilitations, motivation and interpersonal communication skills.Benefits- Attractive salary plus benefits.
