Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:Coordinate and provide support and training for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), for planning, tracking and management of plant equipment maintenance activities.4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:System Coordination and Support

  • Support full utilization of the CMMS system for planning and maintenance activities and related cost control features.
  • Conduct preliminary evaluation of user?s system requirements and propose changes and modifications to improve system functionality and coordinate with OEM, Procurement and Finance if feasible and convey message to end user.
  • Review and implement changes in system static data in coordination with maintenance sections based on approved change documents like Data Update Requests or Plant Change Requests.
  • Audit the system static data and records and coordinate the corrections when necessary.
  • Maintain the integrity of the Maximo system data, taking into consideration the large number of end users and the dynamic nature of Maximo applications.
  • Assist users in the methods for organising, entering and configuring the data by using Maximo templates
  • Assist users in their day-to-day system queries and advise on new developments and procedures.
  • Keep track of users? problems and provide solutions and coordinate system enhancements and customizations to suit user requirement.
  • Provide assistance in pilot testing and evaluation of system enhancements and new applications being integrated with Maximo.
  • Coordinate with operation excellence and Procurement team for any update and system enhancement.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the system static data, records and tables.
  • Perform regular data clean up to ensure accuracy of work flow.
  • Run and execute set of queries to find any gaps or discrepancies in the system and fix as applicable.
  • Produce Ad-hoc information and design new reports as requested.
  • Audit the integrity of system data, includes ensuring compliance by end users.
  • Coordinate system access and check security groups based on job titles and monitor users? access.
  • Assist/support the concerned discipline for system required data collection, preparation and implementation of new project. (I.e. PMO, HSECES categories, Assignment, etc.)
  • Ensure effective usage of the Maintenance Module, Finance Module, SWO and Contracts Module of the system.
  • Utilize system database in producing and issuing Maintenance Analytical Reports and run Ad-hoc queries.
  • Participate and contribute in data clean-up program and assist to control new data entry to ensure effective usage of system to its full potential.
  • Review and analyse all calls raised by Plant End Users to identify problems, possible causes and resolutions in coordination with HQ.
  • Perform data quality checks and assist in testing and acceptance of Maintenance Systems enhancements.
  • Check daily PM health checklist report and coordinate with end user or integrity for any discrepancy, includes checking daily PM work order generation report and rectify issues if any.
  • Perform system Investigation and find RCA for any incident or complaint raised by end user.
  • Support in the data migration project from Maximo to SAP in coordination with HQ.
  • Coordinate with Projects and area maintenance team for Major Projects which entered in GSPIR and to be uploaded to Maximo after site verification from end users.
  • Attend quarterly IT coordinators meeting to discuss any system issues, update or enhancement as well as the plan
  • Coordinate with other sites regarding workflow re-assignment for any recent staff manpower movement.
  • Coordinate with Operation, Maintenance and Admin for any workflow reassignment before and after delegation period.
  • Attend weekly section meeting to follow up items and any highlighted issues.
  • Support the e-Permit to work application and any related issues raise by the end user including access.
  • Coordinate with HSE to provide e-PTW certificate and make sure the correct certificate was provided to the correct role.
  • Coordinate with Management for approval of Plant Document Changes as requested by End user.
  • Provide quarterly youth development program and daily real work entry level.
  • Perform PCF site visit and prepare survey for any Maximo related issues or PTW and coordinate with HQ IT Division.
Training and Support
  • Conduct frequent awareness sessions for end-users to address recurring problems and clarify queries on system functionality. Train users in the functions, application and operation of the System.
  • Train users in the functions and operation of other associated software such as Crystal Report Writer, Visual Planner, MS Query.

  • Implement and comply with all relevant functional policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures, to accomplish operational objectives.

  • Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in the operating procedures and functional processes.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
  • Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.
Reports
  • Provide inputs to prepare Section progress reports for Company Management.
5. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:Internal
  • Regular work related contact with concerned Team / Section Leader, peer Professional staff and team members on matters related to Team/ Section Policies and Processes, People, HSE and domain specific issues.
