Job Description

Overview˙˙Our company is a consulting group specialised in investment and technology solutions for the energy sector, with headquarters in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to support our commercial operations. The role is based on the following responsibilities and requirements:˙Responsibilities:˙

  • Leadership and management of commercial functions, covering client relations, product development, marketing and business development.
  • Extensive communication and interaction with clients and market stakeholders in both government and private sectors, to understand needs and drive development of relevant solution.
  • Attendance and participation in speaking events and engagements, including conferences, workshops and media interviews.
  • Leading business and strategy planning, ensuring relevance of strategic vision and business targets with market and client needs.
  • Regular internal and client facing presentations, interactions and meetings.
˙Requirements:˙
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting or services managerial role in or related to the energy sector, with experience in working with government entities.
  • Minimum Batchelor?s degree in business or financial discipline, with preference of post graduate or professional certifications in management and leadership functions.
  • Excellent English language, commercial writing and communication skills is a must.
  • Bilingual with fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English preferred.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, global environment, working cross culturally and across different time zones.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, in terms of internal and client facing communication and interaction.
  • The role is based in the UAE, with possibility of hybrid and remote work, as well as possibility of frequent global travel.
