Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading security surveillance technology and service providers in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving financial growth by boosting sales of Industrial Thermographic cameras and by forging strong relationships with Channel Partners.<br /><br />- Focus on thermal cameras for industrial temperature measurement, and conduct market research and analysis. Main segments include Predictive Maintenance, Building Diagnostics, Automation and so on.<br />- Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales and identifying new business opportunities<br />- Dealing with different sub dealers<br />- Coordinating with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals<br />- Monthly reporting on sales KPIs within channel partners<br />- Working on sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Director/Country Manager<br />- Addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner<br />- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements within business operations<br /><br />Requirements<br />- More than 3 years experience in the industry (thermal cameras for industrial temperature measurement), as sales, business development manager, or account manager.<br />- Strong skills to develop new partners and establish strong relationship.<br />- Sell-motivated to drive revenue growth, willing to take challenges.<br />- Preferably wide connection and great influence in oil and gas, electricity sector<br />- Must be prepared for travel 75% of the time to Dubai.<br />- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives.<br /><br />Benefits<br />Attractive salary + benefits + annual bonus.<br />
