Optimuz , a product by Ventures Middle East which offers inbound and outbound communication and customer service solutions for B2B and B2C marketing as well as operational analytics modules.Optimuz is currently looking to hire Business Development Managers.Scope of work: Responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Development of new business opportunities through prospecting
  • Developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs in the Contact Centre and BPO industry, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
  • Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
  • Attend exhibitions and conferences where the company is participating, to promote company?s products and services
  • Ensure companies image, its products and services are presented to clients and prospects in a professional manner
  • Assist Research Team if needed in collecting any information for product improvement
