Role OverviewThe BMS Operator is responsible to supervise and control the operation of the building management system and monitor all Resort activities & building services.Main DutiesOperate the BMS and observe all the equipments constantly if they are functioning properly or not.Constantly monitor meters, gauges, and other measuring instruments to maintain optimum performance of the equipments.Ensure the facility equipment?s operate safely by performing routine maintenance, shutting equipment down, making repairs, and regulating machinery as necessary.Analyze reasons of failure of equipment?s and provides specific diagnostic, problem analysis and specify the necessary remedial actions for Supervisors approvalKeep records of boiler pressure, temperature, power output, and fuel consumptionKeep record for the faults that appear on the display of the BMS and make sure you follow up and the fault is cleared from the system and logged.Report maintenance and safety issues and concerns of the faults to the Mechanical / Electrical EngineerMaintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and professionalismFollow company policies and procedures, demonstrate efficient teamwork and contribute to the achievement of business goalsResponsible to operate the BMS and help in other areas of the department as and when needed in the property.To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require.
