Job Description

  • Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of Audit & Assurance, Accounting and tax related engagements of diverse industry clients
  • Collaborates with the Board to define and articulate the Firm?s vision and to develop strategies for achieving that vision
  • Creates annual operating plans that support strategic direction set by the Board and correlate with annual operating budgets; submits annual plans to the Board for?approval
  • Develops and monitors strategies for ensuring the long-term financial viability of the Branch
  • Develops future leadership within the Entity
  • Assures that the organization and its mission, programs, and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders
  • Develop new client relationships to ensure business growth
  • Oversee content, production and?distribution of all marketing and publicity materials for (posters, program, flyers, mail outs, brochures?etc.) with the Board
  • Identify, resolve and communicate accounting and auditing matters
  • Lead and manage all client relationships within the given location
  • Developing and building the firm?s brand and reputation
  • Understand client business and provide appropriate ?services to meet client expectations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the profession and industry ?related updates
  • Attract, develop and retain talent;?Supervise managers, ?supervisors and associates on engagements.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for audit/accounting professionals
  • Ensure the continuous professional development of staff is being met
  • Address any/all client concerns and customer complaints effectively
  • Maximize client retention by providing quality value added services and acting as an advisor to clients
  • Provide continuous training to the team, execute business plans and run a day to day profitable business, which includes managing collections, developing new business and increasing revenues
